OP&S-ZEIT-ART
OP&S-ZEIT-ART is a comfortable tool for statistically analysing your time study data in order to develop standard times.
After carrying out a number of time takings with OP&S-ZEIT-AUF on a mobile computer you have an extensive range of data which enables you to make conclusions on dependencies between working conditions and time requirement for a specific task.
As many sequences are repeated during a time study, data for different working conditions is available, for example for different distances covered, weights, working methods, machine parameters and other factors of influence.
The files from OP&S-ZEIT-AUF are analysed automatically in OP&S-ZEIT-ART. The origin, frequency and the recording conditions are clearly reproducible for each measurement.
Each table of standard times contains up to ten influence factors whose values appear on the table axes. Especially qualitative influence factors can be grouped by this method. Editing the measurements and influence factors is easily done with comfortable editing functions that enormously speed up the analysis.
Influence factors can be selectively tested on significance and they can although be used to calculate derived values.
OP&S-ZEIT-ART has special features for regression analysis, e. g. methods of testing on chance, normal distribution and freak values. Repeated calculations with different transformations of the values lead to the optimal function. The results of analysis are displayed in charts, tables or lists. You can call up detailed Information on the values‘ origin directly out of each display type.
